A yeast pastry dough is a soft, enriched, leavened bread dough that is used
to make cinnamon rolls and other bread-like products. A sweet cookie dough
is does not need to be leavened, although it often contains baking powder,
baking soda, or both, and has a high fat and sugar content in proportion to
the flour.

> Okay, from a non-pastry baker. What is the difference between "yeast
> pastry dough" and "sweet cookie dough"? Sweet cookie dough doesn't
> have yeast? Or pastry dough doesn't have sugar/honey added?
