[Sca-cooks] New Menagier was Forthcoming titles Fall 2008 LONG

I can't tell from the descriptions either and I also am wondering which 
manuscript
or manuscripts they are using. I have the Brereton and Pichon editions 
in French.
The latter is two volumes. Are they using those books or the manuscripts 
or a combination?
We may have to wait until an edition actually appears before we can tell 
what this
one contains.
