[Sca-cooks] Books to cook, Roger II

I do not know about Giano, but I was referring to the Roger II book.
It appears that Fadalat is a bit later and Iberain as opposed to
Sicilian. I do wish it (Fadalat) had been available to me when I did
my feast several years ago - it looks excellent.
