[Sca-cooks] A couple of questions-

I was also looking for any type of documentation for a whipped cream for a
modern dessert for an upcoming event that I was asked to prepare and I was
trying to give it some type of medieval feel.  Surprisely, it isn't
chocolate...its cranberry/cream cheese pound cake.

(Who is really cringing at serving dessert at this event.  Not that it isn't
good stuff, I am not too thrilled about it being there because it is a 100 %
modern recipe)
