[Sca-cooks] Greek yogurt RE: cream cheese

The Greek Gods brand has me spoiled. Haven't had the Yoplait or similar
brands since eating the GG. Tried the Koska but it wasn't as smooth and
custard thick. Usually with yogurt I need fruit but with the GG, the simple
honey yogurt don't feel I need the fruit.
Sometime I will try plain in mashed potato.

I use the Greek Yogurt in my mashed potatoes instead of sour cream or even
cream, and they turn out fantastic!  Rich and creamy to the mouth and your
waistline thanks you, too!  In fact, I am using this type of yogurt as a
substitute whenever I can because it is a great product to use.
