[Sca-cooks] Brown Sugar Shortbread

The one I was using cut the shortbread into individual rounds ...like cookies ... 


all the online ones I found were for bar or wedge baked in a pan all of a once ... hence my concern. 




looking like I should start at 325 for 15 min or so ... hmn


some experimentation may be necessary here ....
