[Sca-cooks] Pasta Carbonara and Eggs Benedict

Here in Ann Arbor at a place called Cafe Marie's, those egg dishes are:

Benedicts
Served with potatoes & glazed apples

Brandon's Benny
Poached eggs, ham, English muffin & hollandaise sauce

Veggie Bene
Poached eggs, spinach, tomatoes, English muffin, hollandaise

Salmon Bene
Poached eggs, smoked salmon, English muffin, hollandaise

Seafood Bene
Poached eggs, crabmeat, English muffin, hollandaise sauce
