[Sca-cooks] OOP question re confectionary + humidity

I would have liked to bake shortbread but some of her gift-ees have
issues with wheat. She was talking in terms of "Almond Roca" and just
as you say, I thought that might have moisture issues.
I may just have to hit the books. OLD books, the kind that tell you
important things like that.
