[Sca-cooks] OOP question re confectionary + humidity

Divinity. I usually have pretty good luck with it, but, I made it one time during a cold dreary day like it has turned out to be here. I had to add marshmallow fluff to get it to gel right...lots of marshmallow fluff.
It is low 40's and rather cloudy/damp/FREEZING right now....
