[Sca-cooks] Two New (to me) Books

This may be expensive but I haven't bought any books since Christmas (does
that count as a "only books you NEED?")

A book done by two professors at Portland State whom I could actually track
down and get to sign it!  That would be cool!  I wonder if Powell's could be
persuaded to do a book signing if they haven't already thought of it.
Heaven knows that Portland has enough foodies and a decent Medieval degree
program.
