Hey ... I did say "suggest'.  I know that His Majesty has all the responsibility and very little of the actual power ... but I can also say that (at least here) His Majesty's suggestion goes a LONG way toward making it happen.    We have "The Word of the Crown Is Law" here, but our crown uses it VERY infrequently.
 
Suggestions only .... I would not presume to tell His Majesty ANYTHING.  
 
OH ... and it is OK to be squicked here ... this is, after all, your own living room.
