Are you sure it was Fabulous Feasts? I looked. 
Did your dish contain chicken?
There is a chicken blankmangere dish on page 177.
Made with chicken breasts, ale, cream, and almonds.
If you go to Amazon.com, you can maybe  search for it within
Fabulous Feasts.
