[Sca-cooks] Cookery book at Longleat House?

Has this book finally been published?  I found a recipe on the BBC 
server http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/programmes/breakfast/4904388.stm  from 
"Recipes from The Boke of Cokery" (Richard Pynson, 1500).  It's not for 
sale at either Amazon.com or Amazon.uk.  I had an electronic copy from 
Early English Books On line that was virtually unreadable, but the only 
copy in existence at the time.  I believe it was Johanna who said that 
Constance Hieatt was working on it, but had been since 1991.
