I have that. You can actually find cheap copies of that one sometimes  
at B&N and Borders.
My first thought is to take a look at Lesley Chamberlain's books.

1989, surveyed the rich and diverse food of cultures known to few  
people in the West during the half a century when Europe was divided.

There are a number of Balkans cookbooks but not so many in print on  
Serbian.
