I make Salisbury Steak with it.

I just dredge the steak lightly with flour..I season the steak first with salt, pepper and a touch of granulated garlic...then it is browned in olive oil.  Sliced onions are then added and whatever you like for gravy...water, beef broth, etc.. Cover and cook until done to your taste and serve with either buttered noodles or mashed potatoes.
