[Sca-cooks] More Italian to translate?

How about the recipe section from La singolare dottrina 
(http://books.google.com/books?id=vyg6AAAAcAAJ&lr=)
The first book describes the kitchen workers, the second book the seasons 
meat/birds are good, the third the seasons for fish, the forth is menus (these 
are nice because there is one for each day and they are significantly simpler 
than the menus in Scappi), fifth is actual recipes (135 in total). Then book 6 
and onward is the dietary section.

As far as I know no-one is working on or has worked on this book.
