[Sca-cooks] Excalibur Flour Mill

I inherited an Excalibur Flour Mill from my Uncle. He purchased and
assembled it in the 70s.

I have the how to build guide, but not the how to use.

It has 2 actual stones to grind the grain.

 

Has anyone used one of these before?

I have done some Google searching and found others looking for parts or
manuals, but not much else.

I also searched the wonderful Flori-thingie just in case J

 

Any knowledge you can share would be greatly appreciated.
