i adore mine.  just got it last month, and went thru 22 
lbs of apples, sliced/peeled/cored and had them packed raw 
for freezing in med syrup in an hour and 45 minutes.  at 
that was including operator error on my part... and 
reading instructions.

i want to see if it will work on cucumbers... the peeling 
and slicing parts.
