[Sca-cooks] MK Cooks? Collegium - Thank You All!

I taught a class on the Ryori Monogotari and the history of Japanese
cuisine.  I had one of the largest classes I've ever had, and we had a
wonderful interactive discussion.  I believe my class outline and
bibliography will be part of the proceedings.  It was a wonderful event and
one that added to my knowledge in a number of areas.  And, as others have
said, there was SO much incredible food at the pot-luck dinner!
