[Sca-cooks] MK Cooks? Collegium - Thank You All!

I taught a short class on food safety, and a longer ramble on medieval
European cuisine as a holistic system.  I've still got to beat the notes
into some sort of shape suitable for publication.

His Grace's class was fun, though I repeatedly had to resist shouting
out "AMEN!" throughout.
