I'm not sure if cable gets the DOC channel or not, but it is on Direct tv
There was an interesting program there on biscuits...The Rise of the
Southern Biscuit.  If you can find it, it's really great!  There's also a
cookbook that goes with it...same name...and available on Amazon for $13.63
or so.
