[Sca-cooks] Looking for a Cookie and Gingerbread expert

Our Culinary Historians group has gotten a request from an author who is
writing a book about cookies. She is looking for an expert on
cookie/gingerbread bakers in Europe and guilds. She didn't specify a time
period, just the word "guilds".
