series exploring Indian cookery.

While there, he travels the entire country, skipping the fine dining  
and trendy hotspots, and instead, opting to learn about truly  
authentic Indian cooking directly from the people who have mastered it  
over countless generations.
A few minutes ago they were in a forest gathering the eggs of ants in  
order to make a curry.
Something different anyway.
