My personal favorite is Old Marian's Pork and Apple Pie, which is very very tasty. I use a little more spice than she calls for, and replace the pine nuts (which I don't care for) with slivered almonds. Good cold too, and makes nice hand pies for events. Devra (gonna make one for dinner)
