April 16th Leeds in UK-- Sue and I will be attending the Leeds  
Symposium again. Then we are doing Tudor cookery at Hampton Court  
before heading back.

April 16th- Antir Culinary Symposium ??

April 29th - May 1st, 2011 Calontir Cooks Symposium??
