[Sca-cooks] OOP - Portuguese/Brazilian cooking

A local group of friends gets together occasionally, picking a region to 
cook a pot-luck dinner.  This time it's Portuguese/Brazilian.  I'm not 
sure if they specifically mean Portuguese as done in Brazil (and doubt 
they'd object if I cooked period Portuguese even if they did), but I 
know nothing about either option.  Any cookbook or recipe website 
suggestions?
