Besides hispanic markets, check your local middle eastern grocery.  Craig's list can also be a good source (it's how my brother unloads many of the feral pigs he traps).  A quick googling revealed that there is an "Oklahoma Goat Meat Association" website.  Your state may have one as well.
 
Also, look for it under the name "cabrito," especially in non-ethnic groceries.
