It is an allergy to milk proteins (rather than the more common lactose
intolerance), though not to the extent that it is life threatening.
And I know that she makes sure to check the labels of commercial
products to avoid any dairy.
Unfortunately I have left the planning to the last minute and have
only got tonight to finish any preparation for the demo tomorrow and
now it looks like I won't have my partner at home to do the other
chores that need to be done to get ready for tomorrow. So it looks
like the real solution will be to buy something.
Thanks everyone for your suggestions I'll keep them in mind for
similar events in future.
