[Sca-cooks] Was persona - now Bread

Oh this is a hard one as I have 5 personas.:) Each were created so that I
could delve into the culture better. So there would be breads of N. Italy
w/focus on Parma and Venice between 1300s and  the 1500s (had been
researching Panettone, Pandoro and Panforte [last is more a cake then a
bread and is from Siena which is Central Italy]). Fryslan/Saxony/Netherlands
1100s - 1500s (haven't gotten to the research the dill bread yet), Norse
(Norway/Denmark) 900-1000s (haven't gotten to the flatbrots yet),
Burgundian/French 1300s-1500s (haven't researched the foods yet), and Welsh
(no time frame).
