[Sca-cooks] Measurements in de Casteau

Found it. It shows up in English post-period as rummer. Probably derived
from Old German with variants in German, Flemish and Dutch. Original
meaning is "Roman glass." As near as I can tell, there is no fixed measure,
but it is likely between 8 and 12 fl.oz. (avoir.).
