Since this is for 12th Night, I'd also prowl the gourmet stores and  
look for bargains
on gourmet foods that are being sold off cheap after the holidays. We  
often get good prices on nuts,
imported chocolates, cookies, etc.

Since it's being held in a hotel, can she request a room with a  
microwave? And a toaster oven might set off a smoke alarm. Just  
depends on the hotel.
