I can't take credit for the concept -- I found them in a book on
garnishing.  (Phlip is referring to a garnish I did for a feast --
'mice' made out of red radishes.  I peeled then so they were white,
but left the root on for a tail.  I used peppercorns for eyes, and put
a few mice on the cheese platter for each table.)
