[Sca-cooks] Leonardo as cook?

Oh! So it isn't based on the Leonardo de Vinci? Or at least it is not
meant to be a scholarly work?

The folks on the Lochac list were commenting as if it was an authentic
view of medieval eating habits. I had my doubts, but nothing to
counter this.

I would like something more specific that I could send back to the
Lochac list. Or if someone wishes to write up a quick article/review
about this book, I would be willing to add it to the Florilegium to
give folks a reference when this book comes up again.

Thanks,
   Stefan

Very collectable.
I pulled out my copy last night as well.
I have unfortunately seen it used as documentation!
