[Sca-cooks] Leonardo as cook?

But actually there is a book called "Leonardo da Vinci's Cookbook". I own a copy and ir's extracted of Leonardo's notebbooks. He kept notes on everything and his inventions are heavily documented. 
I heard the authencity was questioned but I am not sure we are speaking about the same book.
