[Sca-cooks] Cooking with Beer

I'm putting together a class on cooking with beer for St. Patrick's Day.  It
was going to be a beer tasting but we couldn't get a pouring license, so it
morphed into a cooking class after all.  

I have several ideas, but I am certainly not above including some medieval
recipes if I can find some good ones.  Anyone have some they'd like to
share?
