[Sca-cooks] bitter orange recipes

Marmalade.  Not much marmalade, but unless you are devoted to daily
consumption of the stuff like my spouse, it should be enough for
normal people.

I've made 2 dozen half-pints and a dozen pints of grapefruit and
grapefruit + something else (clementine, vanilla, lemon)  marmalade
this year so far.  And 6 tiny 4-oz jars of clementine and rose. And I
have blood oranges and pink navel oranges waiting to be marmaladed
because I need more jars.
