[Sca-cooks] Kanz al-Fawa'id

I just obtained a copy of a critical edition of the 13th century Egyptian cookbook Kanz al-Fawa'id fi Tanwi' al-Mawa'id. It has been suggested by someone with a more sanguine view of my capabilities than I deserve that I translate the thing. However, another person suggested a different approach, that of a group translation project. So with that in mind, are there any folks out there who know enough Arabic to be involved with such a project?
