Given all the crap that's in commercial almond milk, I wouldn't use it as
any measure of what the straight stuff will do:

Almond milk (filtered water, almonds), tricalcium phosphate, sea salt,
gellan gum, dipotassium phosphate, xanthan gum, natural flavors, sunflower
lecithin, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin d2, dl-alpha tocopherol acetate
(vitamin e).

Good luck finding period dipotassium phosphate.

My gut reaction was no but googling it, I found store that bought almond
milk can curdle for the same protein attraction produced in milk when it
curdles. Contrary to milk, curdled almond milk does not seem to be bad. Like
Hollandaise sauce it can be beaten and saved.
