[Sca-cooks] light colored Sesame oil, olives

I use the Spectrum brand -- it's easily available at places like Whole 
Foods or other high-end grocers, and the flavor is completely neutral. 
But it's likely that the stuff you picked up is also pretty neutral. 
what does it taste like?


BTW, no olives are truly "oil cured" -- they're salt cured, then packed 
in oil to preserve them. Sounds like you got a nice selection, though.
