[Sca-cooks] light colored Sesame oil, olives

The color of the oil is dependent on the color of the sesame seeds processed 
and how heavily the seeds have been roasted before processing.  Your sesame 
oil is probably of Middle Eastern or Indian origin (lighter seeds) and 
lightly toasted.  Which is about all I know about the process.
