Indeed. I translated it from a French source.
I probably won't be going deep into Platina, who is way out of my own
(Early Medieval) period. As it happens, we were discussing Medieval oranges,
especially in regard to pregnancy, elsewhere, hence my foray into his work.

I would suggest the Milham translation as a good starting place for
anything Platina.
However if you get REALLY into Platina you should also own the
Mallinckrodt edition (much maligned but includes a facsimile of the original and isn't
as bad as people think!)
