Oh happy day! Just found it in Mardrus and Mathers volume 1. Four pages therein are devoted to the dishes. Burton's translation volume 1 gives it roughly a page and a half and does not go into much in the way of detail at all.

Well I have the full set of Burton's translation three out of the four volumes of Mardrus and Mathers. Thus I will dig in and see.

And, I believe, his diaries. But this translation was the only one I found
that even specified the food; a number of the others only mention it
generally.
I would guess there's a more accurate translation out by now, but I doubt
it's on line.

I would not rely on Lady Burton's edition of her husband's translation.
She found some of his writings quite scandalous, and burned his unpublished
translation of the Scented Garden after his death.
