And thank YOU. Quite an interesting essay. which looks at some general  
aspects of bread making and history as well (with several references from Pliny 
 for instance).
 
I would translated the title as "Daily bread and famine breads in Muslim  
Spain". Famine breads are mentioned at several points in French history (and  
usually were pretty terrible, using things like grape seeds for  instance.)

Otherwise, it's always useful in Persee.fr to click on the  author's name 
and see what else of theirs is available. Lucy Bolenz has a number  of 
papers, including this one on "Water in XIth-XIIIth century Andalusian food  and 
cooking."
