I don't mind that.  When I can get work as a Food Historian, I need to be able to have a broader range than pre-17th century.  The 18th and 19th centuries have been all the rage recently, what with Downton Abbey and Outlander, among others.  I have signed up, and am looking forward to it!

The syllabus only has two sessions in our period, but I'll do it.

I started their early music course offered through a Swedish University.   I didn't finish it but it was far less work than the Harvard Food Science ‎course through EdX that I did in 2013-2014.

Yes, I want to do this! I don't know anything about FutureLearn though, do
you have any experience with them? Before I sign up on their website, I
