BTW hen recipies can also be found in Rumpold (there is also a Translation 
availabe, but I'll have to look for that one)

And yes  I also prefere e-mails and not facebook (there I'm only about once 
a week or less and ONLY to keep in touch with faraway friends and to check 
on SCA stuff

Is there not an English translation of Sabrina Weserlin on-line?  I am
looking for period hen recipes, and figured that would be my place to
search, but my Google Fu is coming up empty.

Any ideas?
