[Sca-cooks] A moment of silence...

Oh, that sounds like a blow! Condolences. Hope there were no people-injuries? Yes, I'll go check behind the dryer today. I do keep an eye on what hangs up on the exterior hot-air exhaust. Had never thought of the air INtake.

Any ideas on where to keep the inventory, once that's done? We have a pretty good computerized inventory, actually, due to 3+ decades of plans to return my DH to Canada… But we don't think the Cloud is secure, and is much too small; and I'm retired, so keeping a physical copy at work is no longer an option…

At (almost) 71 and pretty distanced from the local SCA group, I need to start thinking of what's going to become of my books. (Death cleaning, eh?) Kiddo will probably not be interested in them; he has a ton of food sensitivities, which result in his diet consisting mainly of peanut butter on whole wheat tortillas, chocolate chips, meat-and-bun-only hamburgers, halibut fish-n-chips! I have no idea how he's as healthy (if overweight) as he is!

Anyway, it's an issue all us will come to, sooner or later. Sure wish you, Christy, hadn't gotten smacked with it this way!
