[Sca-cooks] Onion Leaves with Beef

Roulade is a general term for any rolled food taken from the French.  Rinder rouladen is German for beef roll.  Szuz tekercsek (virgin roll) is a Hungarian version.

I guess I'm still a beginning cook/foodie. What is a "roulade"?, a "Szuz tekercsek" or a "Rinder rouladen"? I guess they are German, but...
