Ok, time to face the music on the backlog. First, the peers.

Our Star and his spouse are peers. Our Text writer is a peer. Several
others on here are peers. Guess what .... they have access to the mailing
list and the face to face meetings with their fellow peers.

The next step really is up to ... the peers. Shy or no, they or their
agents need to step up and talk to us about what they need. They can
choose an agent if they want to do their own form of a "clearing house".

Thus, the solution would be to have our scribal peers let the peerages
that they are members of to help us all communicate.

It is nice to know that someone wants a scroll from someone specific but
the reality of it is, that person may have a backlog of work already. It
is not anything against anyone, it just is.

So what do you all say peer members of the scribal community? Would you
all be willing to go to your mailing lists (and meetings) and find out who
wants a scroll and if they would be willing to go surf to our site and
pick out a few choices from what they see of who they would like to have
work done by? Would that help get things started?

You could then let us know who they picked to see where we are in our work
line up and when we would be able to get started on the scroll if they are
willing to wait.

I mean, I am only putting together all the comments in one email that we
have all been typing up in many emails over and over these last few days.
I have typed nothing new here really.

Chiara
