Here is a thought.

The Kingdom of the West has a web page that shows the
full backlog. Each person owed a scroll, and whether
that person is active. It also includes date the award
was issued, and whether the recipient has their name
and device passed. It is updated when a scroll has
been assigned to a scribe.

Could something similar be worked out for Ansteorra?
