[Scriptoris] charter paint tables at Tourney of Roses

Scribes,
There will be a few tables available to Tourney of the Roses, if you want to bring your scribal
supplies and paint some charters; till the tables are required elsewhere.  This is not a formal
charter painting activity, but I'm going to have my scribal gear there for a few scrolls I need to
do; so if you want to bring your supplies, let's paint till they toss us off the tables (probably
from 10-4pm).
